Ten Furlongs 2007 2 Year Old Awards

The 2007 Eclipse Awards are just a few weeks away. With last weeks running of the Cash Call Futurity, all of the Graded Stakes have been run for 2007.
Here is this observers top 5 ballot. Note that my selections are based what I saw on the racetrack in 2007, and just like any Stock Prospectus States: "past performance does not guarantee future results"
War Pass:
Undefeated son of champion sprinter Cherokee Run capped a 4/4 year with a splashy front-running victory in the Breeder's Cup Juvenile. His Daily Racing Form lines look very impressive, in 4 races War Pass have been first at every call (18) times. Closed the year with back to back speed figures over 100 and has already earned 1.3 million winning 2 Grade 1 races.
Into Mischief:
Talented son of Harlan's Holiday, bulled his way to a front-running score in a maiden race, before running 2nd in Hollywood Prevue. Rant to a 1 length win in Cash Call Futurity. Cash Call Futurity drew 13 horses and was the 2nd toughest race behind the Breeder's Cup Juvenile for field quality and depth.
Pyro:
Ran second in two Grade 1's to War Pass. Never looked like a winner in either race and mostly passed tired horses. Broke maiden at Churchill Downs covering the 6 furlongs in 1:09 and change. Has 3 losses to War Pass, with one lifetime win.
Colonel John:
Runner-up in deep Cash Call Futurity field. Drew off to a visually impressive win over a very suspect field in the Real Quiet Stakes. Maiden Victory was powerful winning by 4 lengths while being ridden in hand late.
Salute The Sarge:
Grade 3 winner in Hollywood Juvenile, Added 2nd Graded Stakes win in Best Pal Stakes at Delmar. Was also able to record 2nd place finishes in Del Mar Futurity and Norfolk Stakes. Gritty runner has faced fields of 11, 9, 13, 11 and 10 in 6 starts. Showed a nose for the wire winning his first three starts.
